How to Enable Domain Lock ?

Domain Lock (also called Registrar Lock or Transfer Lock) is a security feature that helps prevent unauthorized domain transfers and certain unwanted changes.

When enabled, your domain cannot usually be transferred to another registrar unless the lock is removed first.

  1. Log in to your Govaio client area

  2. Go to Domains

  3. Select the domain you want to manage

  4. Click Manage Domain

  5. Open Security or Registrar Lock section

  6. Toggle Domain Lock to Enabled

  7. Click Save Changes


How to Check If Domain Lock Is Enabled
