Open the Govaio client area:
https://my.govaio.com/loginEnter your registered email address and password.
After logging in:
Go to Services
Select your active hosting service
Click on the hosting package you want to manage
Inside the hosting management page, click the Login to cPanel button for instant access without entering credentials again.

Username: Your cPanel username
Password: Your hosting account password
These details are sent to your registered email address after hosting activation.
Using cPanel, you can:
Upload website files
Create email accounts
Manage domains and subdomains
Install WordPress
Create databases
Manage backups
Configure SSL certificates
Access File Manager
Monitor resource usage
Reset your password from the client area or contact support.
Possible reasons:
DNS propagation pending
Firewall blocking access
Hosting suspension
Browser cache issues
Try:
Clearing browser cache
Using another browser
Accessing through client area
Use strong passwords
Do not share cPanel credentials
Enable SSL access only
Regularly update website applications
