How to Find Hosting Nameservers ?

Nameservers connect your domain name to your hosting server. You need to use the correct nameservers to make your website and emails work properly.

Method 1: Find Nameservers in Client Area

1. Log in to your client area:

   https://my.govaio.com/login
   

2. Go to:

   • Services

   • Select your Hosting Service

3. Your hosting details page will display:

   • Primary Nameserver

   • Secondary Nameserver

   • Server Information

Example:

ns1.yourdomain.com
ns2.yourdomain.com

or

ns1.govaio.com
ns2.govaio.com

Method 2: Check Welcome Email

After purchasing hosting, a welcome email is sent to your registered email address containing:

• Hosting Login URL

• cPanel Details

• Server IP

• Nameservers

Search your inbox for:

• “New Hosting Account Information”

• “Welcome to Govaio”

Method 3: Find Nameservers in cPanel

1. Log in to cPanel

2. Open:

   • Server Information

   • or General Information

3. Look for:

   • Shared IP Address

   • Server Hostname

   • DNS Information

How to Update Domain Nameservers

Update your domain nameservers at your domain registrar.

Replace existing nameservers with the ones provided in your hosting account.

Example:

ns1.govaio.com
ns2.govaio.com

DNS Propagation Time

After updating nameservers:

• Changes may take 5 minutes to 24 hours

• Global DNS propagation depends on ISP caching
