How to Create Email Accounts

You can create professional email accounts for your domain directly from cPanel.

Example:

info@yourdomain.com
support@yourdomain.com
sales@yourdomain.com

Step 1: Log in to cPanel

Open:

https://yourdomain.com:2083

or log in through:

https://my.govaio.com/login

Step 2: Open Email Accounts

1. Go to the Email section

2. Click Email Accounts

Step 3: Create New Email Account

Click Create or + Create.

Step 4: Enter Email Details

Fill in the following information:

Example email address:

support@yourdomain.com

Step 5: Click Create

Your email account will now be created successfully.

Step 6: Access Your Email Inbox

Webmail Login URL

https://yourdomain.com:2096

or

https://yourdomain.com/webmail

Log in using:

• Full email address

• Email password
